This role combines technical facilities expertise, strategic planning capability, and business acumen to ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while supporting operational excellence, employee wellbeing, workforce growth, and long-term business objectives. The Director of Facilities serves as the primary leader responsible for the strategic direction, maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational performance of all Guarantee Electrical facilities, offices, warehouses, prefabrication shops, manufacturing operations, and real estate assets across the enterprise.
