Skills required: Airway assessment, arterial line management, dysrhythmia recognition/management, care of ventilated patients, IV vasopressors, Phase I PACU, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), nerve blocks, post-epidural management, placement of oral/nasal airways, and reversal agents. Recover patients from a wide variety of surgical specialties including cardiovascular lab procedures (Watchman's, TAVRs, EP cases), vascular, general, robotic, orthopedic, neuro/spine, thoracic, trauma, GI, interventional radiology, bariatric, ENT, and plastics.
