The LPN collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary treatment team members to promote client safety, continuity of care, positive treatment outcomes, and quality service delivery. Coordinate and support physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical providers during assessments, medication management appointments, and treatment planning activities.
