Responsibilities: • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans and place in proper storage area • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks • Clean garbage cans with water and bleach • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition • Supports other staff members when needed • Stows away and polishes dishes, cutlery and cookware • Maintains chemical levels and temperatures to comply with safety measures • Transfers equipment and supplies from storage to work area.
