Act as a key-partner in driving a culture of Asset Protection and safety to include but not limited to; access control, key control, alarm protocols and maintaining effective education and training programs through new hire orientations, safety meetings, inspections, and operational partnerships. As a key member of the leadership team, maintain proactive communication with all layers of Operational Management regarding matters of asset protection, safety, and physical security.
