Reporting to the Project Controls Manager (or Head of Project - Cactus), this position tracks project performance, conducts variance and trend analyses, assists with AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) tracking, contract monitoring, and supports pre-feasibility and detailed engineering study deliverables. Responsible for maintaining accurate project cost models, tracking package-level budgets, reviewing contractor invoices and change requests, and supporting CAPEX/OPEX forecast integrity for the Health, Safety, and Project Controls departments.
