Oversee all inbound and outbound shipping and inventory management, including: Domestic shipping: Run the daily FedEx/UPS parcel and LTL/freight operation for consolidated pallets and drop-ships in coordination with Schumacher internal logistics; ensure every order ships on-time and is packed securely and inspected for quality. Be the clear, proactive voice of shipping and warehouse operations, keeping Paramount leadership and key customer stakeholders informed on status, deadlines, order issues, and other flags.
