Procurement Manager / Designated Representative (DR) Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate pharmaceutical, OTC, and dietary supplement products Develop relationships with manufacturers and authorized suppliers Negotiate purchasing agreements, pricing, and distribution partnerships Identify opportunities for exclusive or principal distribution rights in the U.S. Manage purchase orders, supplier communications, and order fulfillment Review supplier invoices and coordinate payment processing Serve as the company's Designated Representative (DR) for wholesale drug distribution operations in New Jersey Support regulatory compliance, licensing activities, inspections, and SOP development Collaborate closely with U.S. operations and international headquarters Procurement Manager / Designated Representative (DR) Qualifications: Experience in pharmaceutical sourcing, procurement, or supplier management Strong negotiation and commercial relationship-building skills Experience evaluating new products and market opportunities Hands-on experience managing purchasing activities and supplier coordination Eligible to serve as a New Jersey Designated Representative (DR), including: Minimum 2 years of qualifying managerial, supervisory, auditing, or compliance experience within a licensed pharmacy, wholesale distributor, pharmaceutical manufacturer, regulatory agency, or related organization Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience securing distribution partnerships or exclusive distribution agreements Previous Designated Representative (DR) experience Knowledge of DSCSA, PDMA, and pharmaceutical distribution regulations Experience supporting regulatory inspections and licensing activities Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc.
