Assure utilization of fuel gas engineering practices and compliance with all Local, State, and Federal laws including but not limited to Arizona’s Pipeline Safety Rules Title 14 Chapter 5, Code of Federal Regulations Title 49 Parts 190 through 199, API 1104, Gas Engineers Handbook, and the Clean Water Act. • Must possess a working knowledge of DOT, State, and Company policies and procedures including-CFR’s Part 199, 191, 192, AZ Revised Statutes, AZ Administrative Code, and Company O&M, Emergency, Construction, Engineering, Measurement, Corrosion, and General Procedures.
