You will serve as a central point of coordination between ownership, general contractors, architects, engineers, insurance brokers, lenders, and other project professionals, ensuring timelines, approvals, documentation, funding draws, and other project requirements are handled properly and nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate has relevant real estate development, construction, project management, or related experience strongly preferred , is highly organized and detail-oriented, and can independently identify what needs to happen next and take ownership of getting it done.
