Establish and document processes for continuous process improvement, scheduling, conducting, and recording inspections, identifying and correcting discrepancies, implementing corrective action procedures, including those for government-discovered non-conformances, performing root cause analyses and establishing preventive measures, conducting trend analyses to highlight systemic issues, and collecting, analyzing, and resolving customer feedback and complaints.
