Track receipt and completion of required testing and energization documentation, such as NETA reports, insulation resistance and megger tests, torque verification, cable testing, grounding and bonding tests, breaker testing and settings, and manufacturer startup reports, and verify completeness before equipment is presented for energization-readiness review. Enter and maintain QA/QC deficiencies, such as punch-list items, nonconformance reports, corrective action reports, quality observations, and lessons learned, in the tracking system, tracking responsible parties, due dates, supporting photographs, and closure documentation.
