Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments—Engineering, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, Business Development, Shipping and Receiving, Operations, Procurement, Administration, and Executive Leadership—ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. This role manages workflow across the billing team, monitors key performance metrics, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to resolve issues and maintain compliant financial records.
