Performance Responsibilities: Serve as an instructional leader by overseeing MICIP goals, curriculum implementation, behavioral systems, and professional learning to improve instruction and student achievement. Supervise, evaluate, and support staff; assist with hiring; and manage operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, technology, and facilities.
