The Assistant Operations Manager (MIT) will be responsible for assisting with coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
