It is our hope to allow the next generation of workers and organizers to be prepared to move into the workforce as willing and able members of society that are skilled and contribute in group assignments, delegations, problem solving, and non-linear analysis. Profits are collected to fund service projects, programs, and events to promote development of leadership and organizational skills sets, along side general skill workshops and internship opportunities.
