You'll manage corporate compliance activities and coordinate closely with our legal teams, operations and electrification teams, and finance to keep a multi-state, multi-entity company in good standing, and you'll run projects that help Legal deliver and the business scale: complex transactions, corporate governance, outside counsel and vendor management, legal budget and reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools, such as Lever, Fountain, Factory Fix, Metaview, Gem, Claude, to support parts of the hiring process, including reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on applicant's provided data or publicly available information.
