This role serves as a trusted partner to faculty and staff, department chairs, vice chairs, center directors, and senior operational leaders, providing HR expertise across the employee life cycle and collaborating with HR colleagues and university, hospital, campus, and School of Medicine partners to deliver timely, high-quality HR services and ensure alignment with university policies and requirements. The Neuroscience Administration Human Resources (HR) Business Partner (HRBP) provides strategic HR guidance and support for the Departments of Neurology, Neurological Surgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and the Stark Neurosciences Research Institute.
