Primary Duties: Identify key decision-makers in the medical, Medicaid, and healthcare communities and build lasting relationships with referral sources, including Outpatient Care facilities, hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other community partners (i.e. Alzheimer's Association, Autism Society). We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and community-driven Business Development Manager (Community Partnerships) to help expand essential home care services that will ensure seniors and disabled individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve in the comfort of their own homes.
