As our Infant Care Teacher, you'll start each day creating a calm, safe, and welcoming space where infants feel secure and cared for, attentively supervising their needs while supporting feeding, diapering, and sleep routines; you'll guide age-appropriate sensory and motor activities, observe and document milestones, maintain a clean and organized environment, and communicate daily updates with families, all while forming meaningful connections that support each child's growth and well-being. As a nonprofit serving San Diego's underserved communities, our mission goes beyond providing safe, nurturing care and quality early education for children ages 0-5-we also connect families with vital social services, mental health support, and job training opportunities in early childhood education.
