Serving as the operational lead for assigned programs, this position helps ensure services are delivered with quality, consistency, and fidelity while building strong relationships with educators, childcare programs, community partners, and internal staff. The Program Manager provides day-to-day operational support across EEWD and supports Registered Apprenticeship, Pre-Apprenticeship, School Success, and future workforce development initiatives as the department grows.
