Required Qualifications: Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Associates or Bachelor Degree, minimum of 2+ years level III NICU experience, at least one completed travel assignment preferred, experience with extremely low birth weight and deliveries, EPIC charting within last 12 months. The role requires flexibility to work rotating 12-hour shifts during the evening and night hours, with an emphasis on supporting critically ill and premature newborns.
