The Maintenance Coordinator, Community Corrections is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair and upkeep of the facility''s building structures and systems, including plumbing, electrical wiring and fixtures, machinery, equipment, electronics, vehicles and grounds. Reads, comprehends, analyzes and interprets legal and non-legal documents, such as maintenance and construction contracts, technical procedures, governmental regulations, manuals for equipment, drawings and blueprints.
