Serve as a primary legal partner and trusted advisor to the Asset/Property Management and Leasing teams on a wide range of operational, tenant, and portfolio-related Provide strategic, practical day-to-day legal counsel regarding property operations, tenant matters, vendor relationships, risk management, sustainability initiatives, and contract administration, proactively identifying issues and driving efficient resolution. The Senior Counsel, Real Estate will be a key member of the Companys in-house legal team, serving as a strategic legal partner and subject matter expert across a broad range of real estate matters, with primary responsibility for property operations, asset management, leasing, and general portfolio matters, as well as providing transactional support for acquisitions, dispositions, and other strategic initiatives.
