Own infrastructure service governance and compliance readiness in partnership with Security and ITSM, Jira Service Management workflows, prioritization and SLAs, risk-based change management and auditability, vulnerability/patch posture alignment, logging/telemetry expectations, and secure admin controls (segmentation, certificate/secret hygiene). You will lead a small team of network and systems engineers while personally owning and executing key technical work across network connectivity, identity and access, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure where applicable-supporting employees and offices across North America, the UK, and APAC.
