Family Engagement and Communication: Develop and maintain reciprocal relationships with families: welcome packets, orientations, daily communication, greeting at arrival/departure, post photos and activity updates, coordinate and attend regular parent engagement activities, and document and post daily care details and share injury reports. Position details include but are not limited to: Child Engagement, Care, and Education: Engage and supervise children: teaching, diapering, potty training, outside time, meals, rest time, floor time, social play ("free play/work time/centers"), and group activities.
