Must have strong organizational skills, able to schedule teaching, assessments, IEP meetings, and professional collaboration to meet all local, state, and federal requirements for special needs students. Must be a critical thinker, team player, collaborator, and able to use students' academic performance data to make accurate decisions to meet students needs.
