Communicate effectively with all constituents including students, faculty, staff, parents, and alumni Collaborate with government and industry partners to provide opportunities for our students Demonstrate successful leadership in education and professional service Perform other duties as required Qualifications Master's or PhD from an accredited institution of higher learning in Construction/Facility Management, or a related discipline 7+ years of combined experience in administrative and/or teaching experience as well as professional experience in a related field Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Industry experience is a plus and those working full-time in industry are strongly encouraged to apply Salary Range The salary for this position typically ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Including: designing and executing learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking, performing accurate assessment of student performance, providing timely constructive feedback to support student knowledge advancement Maintain high campus visibility including but not limited to; regular office hours, timely responses to student communications, support for co-curricular activities, enrollment events (Open Houses, STEM Challenge, Accepted Student Day, Capitol Connect, community college and high school visits, etc.), committee service, and academic and career mentoring.
