Job Summary: The Epic Principal Trainer - Resolute HB/PB works collaboratively with operational leaders, Information Systems teams, project teams, and Credentialed Trainers to develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate Epic training programs related to Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) applications. Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, instructional design, curriculum development, adult education, classroom facilitation, virtual instructor-led training, Epic implementations, system upgrades, workflow optimization, or healthcare systems training preferred.
