Cooperate with Baptist's Quality Assurance, Total Quality Assessment, Risk Management, Human Resources, and Compliance programs including, if necessary, providing interviews, written statements, and participating in any investigation as requested by Baptist. Adhere to established practices, policies and procedures of the program, and policies of all affiliated hospitals and clinics where required, including the timely completion of medical records, procedure logs, duty hour logs, and moonlighting logs.
