Perform experiments at the direction of a project manager and assist with the development of new materials and devices via a host of capabilities including: MOCVD, MBE, photolithography, etching, plating, and a wide variety of characterization tools for materials and device analysis. As a post-doctoral fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with experts in advanced thermoelectric, radiovoltaic and other materials and devices, epitaxial materials synthesis, characterization, thin-film device fabrication, prototype development for a range of applications, and more.
