Through data-informed problem solving, practice-based coaching, professional learning, and quality-improvement cycles, this position builds the capacity of adults to sustain strong daily teaching practices for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, prekindergarten students, and, as assigned, school-age children. The Regional Education Quality & Coaching Manager is a field-based instructional leader who develops Education Coaches, partners with center and regional operations leaders, and leads measurable improvement in early childhood learning experiences.
