Develops, organizes, implements, and leads camp activities, supervises staff, monitors YMCA and state policy and procedures, interacts effectively with staff, parents and supervisor, and fosters individual growth and development of the children at the YMCA enrolled in School's Day Out & Summer Day Camp. 4K Teacher: General Statement of Duties: The purpose of the 4 year-old kindergarten (4K) teacher is to work in collaboration with the Beaver Dam Unified School District to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children that enriches their social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
