Candidates will be given preferential consideration if they have experience and/or credentials in CTE core pathway topics, including but not limited to: animal, plant, or agribusiness systems, ag leadership and communications, environmental and natural resources, food products and processing, or power and structure systems (ie: ag mechanics, welding, construction, etc.). Current membership and/or willingness to join professional organizations such as the Indiana Association for Agricultural Educators (IAAE), the National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE), the American Association for Agricultural Education (AAAE), or the North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA).
