Collaborate with center leadership and teaching staff to support smooth daily operations • Maintain a professional, positive attitude with children, families, and team members • Assist with food shopping as needed • Serve as ratio-qualified float support when needed, including assisting with teacher break coverage and providing classroom supervision in accordance with state licensing requirements • Support classroom routines and transitions during high-need periods • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support overall center priorities. • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in accordance with health department and Oklahoma DHS licensing requirements • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment at all times • Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and food preparation surfaces using approved methods • Clean kitchen appliances, refrigerators, shelves, counters, and food storage areas regularly • Properly manage trash disposal and sanitation procedures • Understand and follow emergency procedures related to kitchen safety.
