We seek motivated scholars whose research focuses on the core areas of construction management, including but not limited to construction project management, project delivery methods (such as Design-Build, IPD, CMAR, etc.), design development drawings / graphical communications, cost estimating and control, project planning and scheduling, construction means, methods and operations, and productivity and performance improvement. The successful faculty candidate will be expected to develop funded research programs, publish in peer-reviewed journals, supervise graduate student research, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and provide service to the University, the community, and the profession.
