Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Recreation Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Human Services, Special Education, Kinesiology, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Public Health, or a related field. The Life Skills & Community Support (LSC) Professional works one-on-one with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in their homes and communities to promote independence, self-confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
