SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS : Accreditation project management; clear writing and evidence organization; adult-learning methods; curriculum and assessment design; student counseling and remediation; data analysis; budget, grant, and staff management; and effective communication with KAPA, GO-HIRE, affiliates, regulators, and accreditors. Build on KAPA's existing KBEMS training institute and Medical Director to secure a sponsoring college partnership, obtain a CoAEMSP Letter of Review, and lead the program toward CAAHEP accreditation.
