To do this successfully, teachers must prepare lessons and instructional materials, manage student behavior and discipline, encourage and monitor student progress, and work with coaches, evaluators, and other teachers to improve instruction. Possibly electives could be World Cultures, Sign Language, Keyboard/Typing, Creative Writing, Journalism, Biblical Studies, Life Skills, Historical investigations, Geography, and many more.
