The role combines strong systems engineering discipline with cross-functional leadership, requiring someone who can lead technical reviews, align stakeholders, solve complex integration problems, and translate detailed analysis into clear decisions that improve performance, quality, and program execution in a fast-paced defense development environment. You will ensure requirements are clearly defined, flowed down, validated, and controlled across the product, while managing interfaces, configuration, CTQ and risk trades, and system-level verification activities to support successful new product introduction.
