The Coach maintains accurate and timely records of student contacts, progress, referrals, and outcomes; submits monthly activity summaries, end-of-term academic outcome reports, annual post-completion data, and available exit survey information; and ensures that student records and disclosures are handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements, including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Responsibilities include conducting regular individual or group coaching sessions, assisting students with course enrollment and program-of-study selection, monitoring academic progress and participation, facilitating personal introductions to essential student services, coordinating career exploration activities, and supporting student reflection and goal setting.
