Minimum Qualifications: AWS or equivalent related certification in one or more welding processes with a high school diploma or GED; at least three years of practical welding experience in at least one of the following categories: Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/Mig), Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/Tig), OSHA Safety, Blueprint creation and reading, Basic robotic welding, and/or Basic numerically controlled cutting.
