Prepare and present the following typical Nuclear Training Materials consistent with the Systematic Approach to Training: Lesson Plans, Lesson Notes, Job Performance Measures (JPM), Laboratory Guides, Simulator Guides, Workbooks, Individualized Instruction Materials, and Seminars Prepare and maintain the following typical nuclear training supporting documentation: Training Program Curriculum, Task, Needs, and Job Analysis, Task lists, Technical and Academic Review Checklists, Task to Training Matrix, Qualification Cards, Post Training Surveys, Training Effectiveness Evaluations, and Training Program Schedules. High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Commercial nuclear or Navy nuclear experience desired.
