Work closely with the Director, Athletics and Physical Education in all aspects of the program, including scheduling, equipment, eligibility, supervision, contest management, tournament management, and public relations. Select, organize, and prepare a women’s softball team composed of Highland Community College students to compete with institutions of similar size and athletic philosophy.
