Improves patient care through scientific inquiry and by incorporating evidence-based practice into direct patient care Oversees regulatory function of the APP role, including monitoring of licensure, credentialing, certification, billing and coding, reimbursement and other regulatory requirements Works with leadership to recruit and hire staff, establishes work schedules, supervises staff performance, participates in performance evaluations, and determines and disseminates quality activities and design for assigned staff.
