In this role, you'll be responsible to: Team Leadership & Workforce Development: Recruit, supervise, schedule, and develop Direct Support Professionals through coaching, training, team meetings, and active leadership while ensuring staffing meets the needs of individuals served and complies with DIA staffing ratio requirements. Operational & Resource Management: Oversee daily operations by managing vehicle usage, individual financial processes in collaboration with the Representative Payee Team, medication check-ins, appointment coordination, and community partnership initiatives to support quality service delivery.
