Your key responsibilities include providing individualized support, teaching behavioral principles, collaborating with other professionals and stakeholders (such as Case workers, probation officers, school counselors, therapists, teachers, parents, and families), and monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans. Behavioral Coaches develop strategies for positive change, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes in areas such as life skills, coping skills, interpersonal skills development, social skills, parenting skills and overall functioning.
