Power engineering specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Transformers, HV switchyard, motors, generators, exciters, protective relaying, circuit breakers, motor controls, cable / raceway, DC systems and SKM or ETAP modelling. Travel to and from outside engineer, vendor, and contractor offices will be required (including overnight and international travel at times) for design reviews, factory acceptance test witnessing, and engineering quality inspections.
