This is accomplished by knowledge and use of a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), supervising the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems, scheduling work requests, delivering supplies, materials, and equipment, working with other departments, vendors and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and electrical installation guidelines. Supervises work and projects by scheduling and assigning tasks and crews, monitoring performance and progress, ensuring availability of needed items, inspecting work, compiling data, training crews, and providing technical assistance, and creating and maintaining reports of time, productivity, and costs.
