In this role, you will evaluate manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead projects that enhance safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and efficiency at our Cincinnati-area manufacturing facility. You will work closely with production, maintenance, plant leadership, vendors, and equipment suppliers to improve existing operations and support equipment upgrades, automation projects, and new installations.
